Reynolds Foundation Graduate Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship


New York University offers $50,000 tuition scholarships for graduate students interested in social entrepreneurship. The Reynolds Foundation graduate fellowship in social entrepreneurship is available to students pursuing a Master's or professional degree in any of NYU's graduate or professional schools on a full-time basis. The fellowship includes activities such as seminars with influential leaders in various fields and a special course on social entrepreneurship taught by a member of the faculty at NYU's Robert F Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Reynolds fellows have the opportunity to meet other students from a wide range of disciplines throughout the NYU community.

• Requirements:
Applicants to Stern meeting the November 15 Stern MBA application deadline. In addition, interested applicants must submit a Reynolds application and be admitted to NYU Stern.

• To apply:
Reynolds application instructions are available on the Reynolds website www.nyu.edu/reynolds/grad/.You may submit an application for a Reynolds fellowship prior to receiving an admissions decision from NYU Stern. If you are selected as a fellowship recipient, you will be asked to respond to the fellowship offer within one or two days and submit a fellowship deposit. All Reynolds fellows will also participate in a retreat to be held in August prior to Stern's mandatory pre-term orientation in late August. Travel and lodging expenses will be covered for Reynolds fellows.

Paul Foundation scholarship


The Paul Foundation supports students at the postgraduate and doctoral level. It also supports exceptional students whose chosen areas of specialisation are not covered by postgraduate taught programmes (where diplomas are the preferred degree; the duration of the course can then be less than a year). The Paul Foundation will support scholars in the areas of humanities, social sciences, basic sciences, applied sciences, law, management, medicine, engineering, fine arts and the performing arts, including new media art. Taught programmes for medicine, law, management and engineering that aim to enhance the employmentcommercial-personal value of the candidate will not be encouraged.

• Requirements:
The international scholarships are open to all Indian citizens resident in India, below 30 years of age on November 1, 2007. A first class, (60% or equivalent grade) in all previous qualifying examinations; you have applied for admission to the university or institution of their choice at the time of submitting the application. Enclose copy of application and receipt, if any, from the university.

• To apply:
Log on to www.thepaulfoundation.org to download form. Obtain form till February 1, 2008. Mail your completed application form (hard copy) with the necessary documents to The Paul Foundation Office to The Paul Foundation, Apeejay House, 15, Park Street, Kolkata 700 016.

• Submission:
February 15, 2008.
