GOAL ACHIEVEMENT

According to the book, Psycho-Cybernetics 2000, your automatic mechanism moves you toward the things you think about. So don't write out your goals and then forget about them. Review them daily, and spend time on them at least weekly.

PRIORITIZE YOUR TO DO LIST
